Have a good, clean art style already. Make sure to use lots of layers, and separate the eyes into about 5 layers each: eyewhite, pupil (for dilation animation), iris, eyelids. Also, might want to put the pupil/iris layers inside a Mask so that they dont pop out of the side of the eyelids if they go too far one way or another!
