Weehhhhh. The puppets are getting too complex, going to have to try a different approach…

Started watching Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo again, really great show and still holds up with current cartoons!

As I’ve been learning 3D, I’m trying to find the balances between different styles of animation and cost-effective techniques. Would super smooth animation like Frigid’s Pokemon Go post be better, or would it take more time than necessary? Would simpler animation be more appropriate since it takes less time to make and would mean getting more completed works out? I have all these options but I need to start making a consistent style for myself. Should it be more 2D than 3D, or more 3D than 2D?

Oh no! I forgot my best animation in the reel… ha… Remaking it now!!

Thanks for your advice! I was hoping to have my next two projects included with this iteration, but I needed a temporary one available immediately. My next two projects will be Pengi’s Odyssey and Frigid & Friends. Pengi’s Odyssey will emphasize on special effects, and F&F will have more 3D backgrounds. The next project after that will feature more humanoid characters.

Edit: To be honest, the animation in Doggo was less impressive than my recent Frigid posts. I had a few clips selected to be added in from Doggo, but I chose against it in the interest of quality. Maybe next time.. ^^

Getting a new Demo Reel together to add to my portfolio. With two major projects flopping as far as YouTube views, I think it’s time to look for a… *shudder… real studio job.

I can’t be late for the hype train if I set my own course!

What do you guys think of the name Penguin Potential? Should it be something else, like So and so Studios/Animations?

AHH The ideas I’m having for my show are so good! I don’t want to spoil anything though!!

I’m feelin’ it, Mr. Krabs!
