Pengi RPG v.0.6.1 Patch Notes - Super Pengi!

Long-overdue update! Super Son- I mean, Pengi, is fueled by bits! Pop in some bits next time you view the stream to watch him go crazy!

💛  Super Pengi 💛

Bits and Super Chats will now also activate Super Pengi! Super Pengi is a powered-up form of Pengi who attacks faster for a duration. The duration lasts for 2x the amount of bits blasted.

Maintaining over 50 seconds remaining will allow Super Pengi to have Holy Grail status (allowing any enemy to take damage regardless of special defense).

-Gave !boost a color-change while it’s active and now accurately shows the proper damage number

Pengi RPG v.0.6 Patch Notes - Stage Two!

Big, big update today! Lots of new graphics and features!

2️⃣ Stage Two 2️⃣

Now, beating the Frosty Bearguy boss will guarantee stage two for this area! Stage two brings new background visuals, new enemies, and a new boss! Also exclusive to stage two are Raffle Chests.

✋ ✋ Raffle Chests ✋ ✋

Rare new chests only found during stage two! They come in four rarities: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Obtaining a raffle chest will start a raffle to all current viewers, and the winner gets a prize based on the chest’s rarity. All chests have Revlo points, or you can redeem it for a drawn prize. 🐌 Boost Nerf 🐌

Given how strong !boost has been, and how high our levels have been lately, !boost is now nerfed to +5VP plus 20% of the current VP. This means the more viewers we have, the stronger !boost will be. For those keeping track at home, getting back to +10VP would take 25 viewers (more than that will grant higher boosts!)

💪 🐰 New Boss: Buff-a-lope 💪 🐰

With the new stage comes a new boss! Buff-a-lope has 6000 HP, but defeating him grants 40 Revlo to all current viewers!

Just a little thing to enhance the mood: each real-time day, the moon will cycle through a different phase (ex: Monday is Crescent Moon, Wednesday is Full Moon, ect)

The title speaks for itself, let’s dive in!

💎 🔫 New Weapon - Bit Blaster 💎 🔫

With the Twitch Affiliate application approved, viewers can now Cheer in the chat! Cheering automatically sends bits to Pengi RPG’s Bit Blaster weapon, which charges them up for double damage of what you put in (ex: 5 bits deals 10 damage). Bits deal 4x damage under the influence of Chains of Heaven, so save those bits for some boss-bashing!

💙 New Chest - Revlo Chest 💙

During your daily adventure, if we run into a special Revlo Chest, all viewers will be granted its contents! Revlo Chests have from 5~20 Revlo points per viewer!

🐆 New Enemies 🐻

Four new enemies coming to Pengi RPG v.0.5.2! Try to encounter them all!

Pengi RPG v.0.5.1 Patch Notes - Lv2 Costumes

New rewards and challenges for Boss Mode! Also, new cosmetic options for Pengi!

🎭 Lv2 Costumes 🎭

Upon reaching > 10 VP (by boosting or naturally), Pengi now upgrades his equipment to a more-powerful Lv2 version! Aside from the VP, this update is purely cosmetic!

New costumes are as follows:

• Knight - Japanese Fish Monger > Suit of Armor
  
• Archer - Robin Hood > Link
  
• Mage - Stage Magician > Street Magician
  
• Thief - Bandit > Pirate
  

💀 Boss Timer 💀

Encountering a boss now initiates a 3-minute timer! Defeating the boss yields +15 coins and +20 Revlo points! Losing to the boss grants lower coins based on how much HP it has left, but defeating a boss quickly grants up to +3 Holy Grail stacks!

💰 Chest Nerf  💰

Coins from chests have a new maximum of +5 coins, compared to the previous +10 coins. This was to balance the new method of gaining coins by defeating the boss.
