Have you ever lifted? (Weights)
In high school, like for class reasons. But I’ve never gone to the gym just because I wanted to get fit. My metabolism allows me to stay “fit” without much work, as well as balanced meals and not over-eating, ect, ect. I’ve thought of getting “ripped” before, but I don’t like the thought of becoming a huge, docile monster who draws on his computer all day. Seems like a waste of effort for my career path…
