Started watching Akame ga Kill…

so far it’s become one of my favorite shows so far. It’s very graphic even compared to Madoka or Attack on Titan, but a lot more friendly as far as color palettes and comedic atmosphere. Just finished episode 6, and it already has some amazing moments and animation sequences. The storyline is also very good. In summary, it’s about a young man who wants to join the capital’s military, but finds out that they are corrupt and joins a group of assassins bent on justice for the weak. Kind of like Robin Hood, except with lives instead of taxes… yeah? Best part it isn’t censored as heavily as Tokyo Ghoul, and has just as much if not more cringe moments. Going to keep watching and leave my full review in a few months when the series finishes (it’s ongoing currently).
