it helps to get it out. talk to someone who you trust and feel that would give you the best advice and calm down. also if you need to get your mind off it, do something thought consuming. i usually go with playing video games or watch tv/a movie. it helps if it has a story line thatll draw your attention away from your own thoughts.

I don’t trust anyone that much to do that.
