…And then there’s shows like Kaiju Girls, which are short and low budget. I can’t tell if I like it for being simple and made in Flash, or hate it for not trying to be like Ufotable.
Been studying Ufotable’s animation and color techniques. They do a great job with warm and cool colors by oversaturating them, making steel shine blue and sparks glow orange. They also perfected their integration with 3D and particles into their traditional 2D animation. I really admire them and hope my cartoon can be any bit as good as what they’ve done so far!
