Looks like Tumblr ate my previous post. I only asked if I should work on my new frigid post or keep working on 3D. I decided to work on my post since I’m leaving for a week on Monday, so if I can get this post done by tomorrow I won’t leave AFD empty for such a long time.

So the past few days I’ve been thinking more and more about 3D work and stuff, and I think it’d be really neat to learn, especially with how much of the animation career field is in 3D. My ultimate goal for learning 3D will be to eventually make Frigid Drift posts with 3D and 2D combined, as well as seeing how closely I can emulate 2D with a 3D program (using filters, shaders, and textures). Today was only my first day, and I’m looking forward to what I can learn in the next months while I continue making posts in Flash for now. I’ll post my 3D endeavors here until I transition fully to posting from Cinema 4D.
